The Joe Halbur Scholarship
The Joe Halbur Scholarship is awarded to students who plan to further their education in programs of environmental education, cultural interpretation, historical interpretation or outdoor recreation. This year IAN is offering a
$500 scholarship.
Application deadline is
March 12th, 2005. Announcement of the recipient will be made by March 31st of that
